Fantastic Place

As a travel healthcare worker, I was genuinely sad to leave this condo and only wish I could have stayed longer. My contract ended sooner than expected; otherwise, I would have gladly extended my stay. The condo is in an amazing, convenient location walkable to downtown Durham and close to Duke University. My review truly cannot do either the condo or the owner justice. The unit itself features modern updates, all the necessities you could need, and thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The clean, classic minimalist furnishings fit the space perfectly and created a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor amenities are equally impressive, including a saltwater pool, BBQ area, shaded and sunny seating spaces, an outdoor chess set, beautiful gardens, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Emily is a wonderful host thoughtful, kind, responsive, and informative. She kept me updated on community events and happenings throughout my stay.
