Cozy home, but significant concerns for long-term renters

I lived here for a full year and want to provide an honest review for future renters. Positives included the front and back yards and a useful two-car garage. However, there were ongoing concerns. Wild chickens and roosters roam the block, with crowing often starting around 3 a.m. and disrupting sleep. I also regularly had people go through my trash bins. The home is 2 blocks away from a less desirable area. Privacy felt limited due to two outdoor cameras I could not access and regular landlord visits for jacuzzi and solar-panel maintenance. The third bedroom had a folding chair/futon advertised as a twin bed, not a standard bed, and none of the bedrooms had dressers. The older washer did not consistently clean clothes well. Owner's mail was regularly delivered to the house. At move-in, the entry was swarmed with bugs and the interior was dusty. Future renters should confirm furnishings, cameras, owner access, and cleaning standards before booking.
