What this property offers
We love this house! We bought back in 2020 and have lived here full time since then. We have great neighbors and live in a very walkable neighborhood. We are looking for renters June-August. Ideal move-in date is May 26th.
We're in a quiet part of town but can still get to coffee, a few breweries and + few restaurants in 10 mins on foot or 5 mins on bike. We're within 5-6 mins of both a King Soopers or Safeway grocery store.

The house is a comfortable 3-1. We have two of the bedrooms set up as sleeping areas and 1 of them is set up as an office with dual monitors and a desk. The kitchen is newly remodeled with nice appliances and new Samsung washer and dryer.
