Quiet Environment

We love our house so much and look forward to sharing it with you. We have a big backyard with a huge garden, a hammock, a fire pit, and patio table & chairs. We mostly keep to ourselves, but we are very friendly and respectful. We have tuned-up the entire bottom floor - repaired walls, new paint, new floors, deep cleaned everything.

Space

We recently remodeled these rooms, so they have new floors, new paint, new furniture. It's quiet and peaceful, and the (whole) house is shared with 4 other adults. There are two rooms for rent on the lower level that share a bathroom. W/D are also in that bathroom. There is also a small living room with tv access.

We live on a quiet, friendly street where everyone knows each other. Lake Washington is just a block or two away.
