Would rent again!

The unit is exactly as described in the ad. It is very clean and esthetically beautiful. I felt safe by myself in this unit in this neighborhood. It is perfect for one person or a couple. The landlord is pleasant and very hands-off (lives in another state), but did check in with me to make sure everything was going smooth, which was nice. The location is next to a sports field, music, bass, can be heard/ felt from there, usually starting anywhere from noon to 1500 on through the evening, and on the weekends. Otherwise it is mostly quiet most of the time. Nightshifters please take note of this. There are 4 large windows that let in a large amount of light, I would recommend bringing blackouts. There is only a microwave for cooking, I recommend bringing a hot burner. Overall, my stay was great and I would recommend this unit for any short-term needs. I would love to rent longer, but animals (pets) are not permitted at this time.
