BEWARE!!!!!!

Beware, this location in an absolute nightmare! Extremely questionable activity happening just seconds from this property. The moment we arrived we very extremely unsafe. We immediately packed up and left. The landlord is also an absolute nightmare, we paid and signed a lease for 6 days and paid a refundable deposit of $900.00. After we kindly explained to the owner that she could keep the money we had already paid for the 6 nights but we would like our security deposit back, she refused to give us our money back.

Patricia and Aaron are the gold standard of hosts! I’ve rented for 12 years, and their service is unmatched. I needed this place urgently after a housing emergency, and Patricia was incredibly accommodating, even welcoming my dog for a fair fee. The townhouse is perfect: a great main floor, two upstairs bedrooms, and a basement with a washer/dryer and dedicated office space. When the fridge failed at check-in, Aaron brought a mini fridge the next day and transferred my food himself so nothing spoiled. He also regularly shoveled snow. When I had an issue regarding wifi, Patricia delivered an entire setup within a week that had blazing fast speeds perfect for working. It’s an ideal spot for students or professionals at St. Agnes. The main foyer is a safe, quiet 5-minute walk away. Restaurants and stores are within 3 minutes. The hosts take immense pride in this property and handle everything with care and urgency. For convenience and amazing hosts, this is the place to stay!
