Central Charm with Natural Light

Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved living here during my year in Tacoma for my travel MRI contract! It truly felt like home. The duplex was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The bedroom had 2 closets and a dresser, providing plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The living room was perfect for relaxing and watching movies, and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking after work or on weekends easy. Having a washer/dryer was also a huge convenience. The location was great-close to Fred Meyer, Safeway, Target, and Walgreens. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with great walking trails nearby. I especially enjoyed the Soundview and Grandview Loop at Chambers Creek Park. My landlord Lonnie was wonderful and made my stay easy and stress-free. I'm truly sad to leave and will always look back fondly on my time here!

Amazing rental on quiet street

We loved our stay here while we got settled in Tacoma. Lonnie and Louie are very accommodating and helpful. The rental itself was recently remodeled and has everything you could need including new mini-splits for heat and AC. The location is great on a quiet dead end street central to most places in Tacoma. Highly recommended!
