Sugar house slice of heaven

I stayed here for several months and had a lovely time. The house is incredibly well appointed with all the kitchen gadgets you could want and has been recently remodeled with all modern fittings. The landlord is very responsive and was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is nice and very convenient for walking as well as the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants in Sugar House Park. The move-in move out process was seamless and there's also a washer and dryer in the basement.

NICE HOUSE IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD

We enjoyed our stay at this Sugarhouse rental & would highly recommend it. The house is conveniently located on a safe street with large shade trees. It was easy to get around the city or to ski resorts from this location. The house has a combination of comfortable, practical and attractive features. The interior has been remodeled recently with many updates, including a roomy and well-stocked kitchen and a like-new bathroom. Besides the two comfortable bedrooms, there is also a small office with a large picture window and plenty of storage. This was a useful addition and a pleasant workspace. There is a sunny backyard patio with an outdoor table, six chairs, an umbrella, and a gas grill for cooking out. The owners were easy to work with, including an owner-manager who promptly takes care of any problems. Overall, we would strongly consider renting this house again when we return to Salt Lake City.

Sweet Spot in Sugar House

What a lovely home we found in the SugarHouse District at 1969 Blaine Ave. There is easy access to the University Medical Complex & the Univ of Utah while still being in a quiet neighborhood. It is a safe, clean, very walkable neighborhood w/ tree lined streets & sidewalks. There is driveway & on street parking. The house is close to a shopping district w/grocery stores, a post office, coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores & a public library. There is a beautiful large neighborhood park (Sugar House Park) plus pocket parks & schools. The house is a charming single story home that has a front & back yard. There is abundant natural light in every room. In addition to 2br, 1 bath & the office there is a comfortable living space open to the kitchen. We were comfortable & so happy with the whole space. The owners were very helpful & responsive to any of our questions. We will definitely try to stay here again.
