Great place, quiet and safe
I stayed here while working an ER contract at Adventist from Dec 2025 to April 2026. The home is very quiet and safe, I never heard any outside noise, nor did I have any safety concerns. I rode my bicycle to Adventist about 95% of the time; very biker friendly. Kim was very kind to me; she got me a small fridge when i needed more space and she cooked me dinner several times. There is plenty of storage space and ultimately it was a great place to stay. Close to everything, yet still quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
