Amazing landlord and great location

This is a beautiful home with amazing furnishings, in very nice location. We especially enjoyed the deck that overlooks pond on the golf course. Most of all, the landlord, Karyn was awesome! Great and fast reply when we booked. Great communication.

Incredible stay and even better host!

If Karyn's place is available, don't think twice, book it! We had an amazing experience living here while my wife did her clinical rotation nearby in Bradenton. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet and was great for morning/evening walks. The unit itself was spotless and well-stocked which we really appreciated. The beds are also very comfortable and we always had a great night's sleep. It also has a nice balcony where you can see a lot of wildlife roaming the golf course. We were also close to UTC mall with tons of food and shopping options. Karyn is stellar host. She was very attentive, friendly and always had quick responses. Genuinely can't think of any downsides, highly recommend!!!

Lovely condo in Palm Aire Country Club

I had an amazing experience staying at this lovely condo in Palm Aire Country Club in Sarasota, Florida! The landlord was incredibly nice and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect for me and my roommatespacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. I especially loved relaxing on the balcony, the view was absolutely breathtaking! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to stay.
