Washer and dryer (shared) available for use in the basement. New windows in installed in May 2025 through the building. New bed and new mattress bought in June 2025 (not the one in photos. )Very clean.

Fabulous place 2 blocks from Forest Park!!
I can't praise highly enough our Landlord, Mariana & her husband! The place was beautiful, cozy and fulfilled all our needs! We were"survivors" of the May 16th, 2026 tornado that hit St Louis. We arrived at the apartment the end of August 2025 and stayed till the beginning of June, 2026. Mariana provided EVERYTHING we needed! If a hiccup occurred(dryer needed repair, light burned out)they were there immediately to remedy the situation. When we needed to stay longer than originally anticipated, they happily worked with us! Add that the place is located 2 blocks from all the amenities of St Louis' Forest Park(zoo, art museum, science center, walking/biking trails)and you have a hidden treasure of a place to stay! Thank you Mariana for letting us make your wonderful place our home for almost 10 months!!!!
