Property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. We have a small farm with a pig, 2 alpacas, and lots of chickens. There is no dedicated yard, and back tenant shares driveway space. The studio is naturally bright and south facing. Unit is attached to our main house, but there is no access aside from the front door. The bathroom and closet walls are shared with main house.

Our studio is a quaint and peaceful space. It is best suited for an individual, but two people will be considered. It is small at 300 sqft, but offers everything you need = a full kitchen with 2 burner electric range, top of the line counter top over/airfryer/dehydrator, aprtmnt sized fridge, a full bath with beautifully tiled stall shower, separate toilet room, and small walk in closet. Sanctuary for travel RN
Tim and Michelle were the best. So down to earth and great to allow me to stay in their 1/1 cottage overlooking the Alpacas Josh and Rico, the potbelly pig Pepper and all the chickens. I worked nights at Mad River and never even got woken up by their rooster Steve who is very talkative. Great quiet area. If I could take that scenario everywhere I traveled, that would be the one.

Home Away From Home
I spent 3 months with Tim and Michelle in their cottage while working at Providence in Eureka and it was hands down the best experience I've had on furnished finder to-date! The property is private, quiet, and incredibly maintained. It may be a little on the smaller side for a full unit, but the space is optimized well and feels very modern. The neighborhood is also quiet and extremely walkable, which was a welcomed perk! I can't recommend this property or its owners enough. If I'm ever back in town for work they're my first call!
