A wonderful place to stay short-term if you're looking move to Jersey City
I had the most incredible experience with Marco! He was so responsive, facetimed me before I booked so that we could get to know one another (which made me feel safe) , and was so patient with all my questions. The place is SO nice for a studio and very large, its about a 10 minute walk from the PATH station, the in unit washer/dryer is a game changer, and it has all the kitchen items one would need (nutribullet, pots and pans, pasta stuff)! Marco even left some little snacks for me to make me feel right at home. I stayed here for a month while I found a long-term lease to sign in the New York area and it was the perfect short-term stay. I would definitely stay here again, given the chance!

Perfect apartment and landlord
Marco is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating! He made the rental process so seamless and was very responsive to messages. The apartment is very nice and looks exactly like the pictures and is in a great location in Jersey City.
