Perfect Cozy Stay with a Private Patio
We had such an amazing stay here. The studio was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and fully furnished with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The private patio was one of our favorite parts. It added such a nice touch and made the space feel even more relaxing and private. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, which made it perfect for unwinding while still being in a great location. We also really appreciated the privacy overall, it felt very comfortable and peaceful throughout our stay. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

5 months worth every penny!
As a professional travel nurse, I have stayed in a lot of rentals! However this is by one of the best!! Easy parking, super clean, quiet and private! In unit washer and dryer!! And this is the best value you're gonna get for your money! I asked for privacy and I was never bothered once during my stay!

Lush Layout...
Quiet and cozy, but not if cozy means small to you. This oversized studio is ideal for the traveling professional(s); an open, well-conceived space with flex-work layout and thoughtful amenities. The lighting alone is worth the stay! Suppose someone could have carved it up into a hostel to serve a dozen or so, instead it has a penthouse feel with a ground floor walkout. My 3rd night out I timed porch to freeway; 4 minutes, perfect. Full kitchen setup and washer / dryer for longer sojourns. We'll be back.

Wonderful ADU and Superb Host
This is truly an unique ADU, nestled in a beautiful tree lined street up in the hills. Everything is in immaculate condition and the dcor is tasteful and welcoming. All the amenities that you could possibly need in a home away from home. I can't wait to stay there again soon!!!!

Brand new studio in a beautiful neighborhood
I loved my time at this beautiful studio in Granada Hills. The neighborhood feels peaceful and safe, which was great coming home to each day. The unit itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed everything is brand new. Having my own private entrance and laundry was a huge plus, and Rishona was super friendly and responsive. Truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again!

Excellent Accommodation
We were the first to stay in this completely new accommodation. Everything was clean, fresh and well appointed. It is a large studio with everything you could want for a furnished stay. Lots of hot water with rain head and adjustable shower head. Comfortable sofa and internet TV. It felt safe and well secured. Rishona is the perfect host. I highly recommend this place.
