The space is quite spacious and open, overlooks a beautiful green neighborhood. It is south facing and is drenched in sunshine all day. Every room has picture windows to view and enjoy your surroundings. No feeling cramped in this place. Lots of room to move around. For night workers, no worries, we have black out blinds.

Best stay in Boston
Maryann and Steve are an amazing couple. The whole process of securing and moving in the house was very smooth. The house had everything that we needed. It was very clean and organized. It felt just like our own home! The only reason we are giving 5 stars is because there is no option for 10 stars. Nothing more we could have asked from a place and from landlords. So happy we began our married life here at the 'Sunflower Suite'

Fantastic
I had a lovely stay at this very well equipped private location. The landlords are amazing. Very responsive and accommodating. Maryann checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. The unit is so private with dedicated parking, much appreciated in the bad winter. The living space is very spacious and the furniture very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is also spacious with multiple skylights, walk in closet and a TV. The bed was so comfortable. I would definately recommend and would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Absolutely loved my stay!!
I cannot say enough good things about this rental! I stayed here for 3 months working outside of Boston and it was so perfect and cozy. Maryann and Steve stocked every household appliance I could think of. Super quiet in a nice neighborhood and very close to a super market, stores etc. This loft worked out amazing, I felt super safe especially living alone which I was a little worried about. Street and driveway parking, air conditioning, and in unit washer and dryer. The owners are never loud and always helpful if you ever need anything. Overall, five stars!!!
