4 month stay!! We loved it!!

We stayed for 4 months in one of George's Creole cottages on this mini compound. It was a clean and updated inside and out. It was fully fenced with gate code and a wonderful courtyard in the middle. The internet was fast, it had two smart TVs (one was HUGE). Everything was well maintained. I felt very very safe at this location with my husband and 2 year old boy. It is off a busy street but my car was safe the whole 4 months parking on the shoulder in front of the complex. It was pleasantly quiet at night!! The complex has 5 other units in it that are also AirBNBs. All guests/temporary neighbors were pleasant. A lot of the time we had the whole complex to ourselves. Two minor maintenance requests were fulfilled immediately. George is a fantastic, fair and honest landlord! He always responded to me quickly and was very professional yet warm. The location was excellent. 5 blocks from the St Charles street car and a fancy grocery store called Fresh Market. Thank you George!!!
