I stayed in this cozy, private one-bedroom apartment for nearly a year, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The home is fully furnished, thoughtfully prepared, and spacious. From day one, everything felt welcoming and well-organized, with quality furniture and a smooth, hassle-free move-in process. Gaston and Sandra are attentive, professional, and incredibly responsive—any issue, big or small, is handled quickly and effectively. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced, with respectful housemates and clear shared-space expectations. Security features like coded locks and common-area cameras add peace of mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage, and the living space includes fast, reliable internet and comfortable furnishings ideal for work or study. Nice Renter, Okay House

Gaston was very kind and accommodating, however this house and materials were not as advertised. - The shared kitchen and bathroom appear as they had not been cleaned in months. the kitchen had an odor and there were no pots/pans, utensils, etc to use for preparing food. Also there were sticky residues in the fridge and counter tops. The shared common areas also have security cameras in the home. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and shower appeared to have mold. - It was not disclosed how many people were staying in the house. as a single female traveling alone, it was slightly distressing to have been told I have one roommate, then hear male voices from the upstairs unit, which I later learned were other renters. But this would have been helpful to know at move in. - Overall, easy to find street parking and walking distance from Community First Hospital. There's also an Anytime Fitness a couple blocks away that's very nice.

Good place

Stayed here for a month. Place looks exactly as advertised, and Gaston was very helpful. Had a great time here! Would definitely recommend.
