Great place!
This place was just what I was looking for! I stayed for a clinical rotation and it’s in a super safe area with a very easy commute into the city. The hosts are very respectful, communicative and helpful. The place is super clean and well stocked with what I needed for my stay! I would highly recommend!

summer internship stay
I stayed at the property this past summer for an internship in Lake Oswego! The hosts were kind, accommodating, and very communicative. The space was clean, quiet, well kept, and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, quiet place to stay - outside of the busy Portland area but close enough to make it a quick drive to many parts of the area.

Loved it!
I had a great stay at Brad’s studio in SW Portland. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. It’s a cozy space but has everything you need, including a full size fridge, washer and dryer in the unit, and a small kitchenette that worked well for simple meals. Having utilities included also made things really convenient. The studio has its own private entrance so it felt separate and private. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by trees but still a short drive to downtown and OHSU. Brad and his family live upstairs and have young kids so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, but they are very mindful and it was never an issue during my stay. Brad was easy to communicate with and quick to respond if anything came up. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Portland.

I stayed at the property during one of my clinical rotations and it was far and away my best stay! The hosts were very accommodating, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay went smoothly. The unit is nicely updated and well maintained. The area was beautiful and a breath of fresh air within Portland. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, safe space to stay.
