Master bedroom in quiet & clean neighborhood

We have a room for rent in the far northeast side of Lompoc, across the street from the river bike path. Included is a private room (15ft x 17ft) with Jack and Jill full closets, and ensuite. There is a garage for light storage. The room is on the second floor of a condo. Washer and dryer in house and included in rent. This is a lot of space (3bed/3bath) and would be shared with just one other male.
