Nice Apartment and Location
This apartment was a great fit for my time in Tacoma. The building was quiet, the neighborhood felt calm and walkable, and it was only about a 15minute walk to Tacoma General Hospital. Street parking was consistently easy, even in the evenings. The landlords communication was excellent responsive, clear, and helpful from start to finish. A reliable, comfortable stay in a very convenient location.

Great place to live!
I lived in the commencement bay cottage for a few months and loved it! The neighborhood is beautiful and the apartment itself is lovely. Chris had it fully stocked and she herself was great. It was a great place to unwind after a days work.
