Luxury Soquel townhome minutes from the beach and amenities

I was lucky enough to secure this townhouse for two months while searching to buy in the area. Everything about the place was great, and the location was so ideal I ended up buying a townhouse just a couple blocks away. It is 5 or 6 minutes to the Capitola Esplanade and just around the corner from accessing the freeway. The covered parking kept the foggy mist off of my car and the neighbors were all friendly. Everything worked in the townhouse including great wi-fi, and washer/dryer. By the end of my two months if felt like I was leaving home again. As a super bonus plus, the owner was incredibly nice, responsive, and let me know when gardening and tree service was scheduled. All in all, just a great place for me to have found.
