Spacious, Chic, and Artistic Suite near Kirkwood

A beautiful space. Close to everything Atlanta. Friendly & Responsive Hosts.

This was our second time renting from Brian & Arshiya because we loved it so much the first time. The house is spacious, well equipped, clean, and conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out, relax, and listen to the record player. Loved that perk! Everything you could need in the kitchen, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, several coffee making options, water kettle, pots, pans, etc. Some extra nice touches include candles, books, records, games, etc. We did quite a bit of travelling including to Stone Mountain (25 min), Little 5 Points, Hiking Trails, Shopping, Restaurants, and even a concert venue. Everything was close and easy to get to. Brian & Arshiya are friendly, answered area questions for us, and responsive. They went above and beyond and I hope we'll be back again in the future when we visit Atlanta.

Excellent Short-Term Lease

We stayed at Brian and Arashiyas for three months as nurses in need of temporary housing. The space is well designed and has not only essentials but also several luxury amenities such as specialized coffee makers, tea kettles, and air purifiers. The couple takes pride in their space and it truly shows in the details. During the stay, our needs were addressed quickly and safely. The king bed in the bedroom is comfortable and spacious. In addition, there is a nice workspace with desk and chair for those that may need to work from home. Overall, this would be an excellent stay for any and all looking for a furnished and comfortable stay in Atlanta that is close to many attractions. The space is located in Parkview conveniently located to Kirkwood, which has delicious bakeries and also East Atlanta, which is a hub for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and workout studios. I highly recommend this stay for any of your rental needs!
