This rental was perfect for me while on contract in Layton. It provided an average commute time of 15 minutes by highway, 20 minutes using any of the local roads. The location is great if working any shift as I never had any issues with safety, parking or noise. This location feels miles away from the noise and chaos of the construction in the area and provides a sanctuary like feeling, whether sitting in doors or enjoying the scenery and tranquility from the porch. The unit is enormous with tons of storage and is located on a beautiful property. It is perfect for any traveler who is looking for a place to relax and disconnect after a long day of work. Melissa is a fantastic hostess who provided all of the amenities that a traveler could be looking for. She and her family welcomed me into their home which made me feel home from the first day that I arrived here. She is very accommodating, generous and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
