Friendly Owner & Clean place
Signed a lease for 2 months initially but ended up staying 6 months. Calm location and clean house with a cozy bed and essential furniture. Brian is the best host and stays as a friend with you, always offers a helping hand. I would choose to stay at this place any day over a hotel if back in fresno.

Better then I expected
This was my first time renting a furnished room and staying with someone Im not familiar with. So of course I was a bit nervous. But to my surprise, Brian ended up being a honest and pleasant person who was very helpful and giving, making you feel right at home. If youre anything like me who cherishes cleanliness then youve come to the right place. Brian is super clean and organized and his home is full of all you need to live in a clean and friendly environment.., I ended up staying there for three months and not a day did I have an issue.., thanks again Brian. Cheers my friend . I would definitely recommend.
