Great little unit

I stayed at Unit B over this spring, and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The price is very fair, with clean, modern furniture and appliances. The space is very intentional and comfortable, and is located centrally. Dennis is also very kind, welcoming, and makes the process very easy. I had no problems during my stay, and Dennis was always quick to respond and helpful. You won't find a better deal for a short term rental in LA.

Lawndale Suites Unit B Review

Lawndale Suites Unit B was perfect for my four month job assignment. The unit is well equipped with any appliance or kitchenware you may need (the new washer/dryer was awesome to have!). The space was well designed and utilized, and feels very homey. Dennis was excellent during my stay and very promptly answered my questions and notified me of anything going on around the unit (e.g. street cleaning and maintenance). The location is convenient to the greater Torrance area, and close to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend if someone is looking for a short or longer term place to stay in the area.

Dennis' property was fantastic for a short-term stay. It's clear a lot of care was taken in the design to maximize use of the available space which was perfectly suitable for a single person. Having a new in-unit washer/dryer was very unique. Finding on-street parking wasn't particularly challenging but be prepared to walk a few blocks, especially on street sweeping day. The place was clean, modern, well-equipped, and overall a great rental.

Perfect Short Term Studio

Lawndale Suites Unit B was perfect for my one month stay! The suite is brand new with modern finishings and a large bathroom for a studio. It was very convenient having a NEW washer and dryer ensuite as well. Dennis was extremely prompt and accommodating for my stay. I would 100% recommend this studio to anyone looking for a short term place in the area.
