Apartment is secure as although it is on a main street, the apartment parking is inside the property so you can be safe as I have security camera, and the property is well protected. I usually host Sac State students and UCD Med Center employees. The nearest grocery store is Target Stores and Tahoe Park is just 4 blocks away; it's a good place to go swimming and/or do exercise and socialize.
