Private Southern NH apartment with easy access to Rt 93

Safe, private, & exactly what we needed

My husband and I had a great experience staying at this apartment. The space was exactly what we needed- clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We always felt safe during the stay, which was really important to me and appreciated the beautiful neighborhood to walk in even during the cold months! The WiFi was strong and reliable, which made working from home easy and stress-free. Everything in the apartment was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. We loved visiting Tuscan Village and enjoyed our membership at the Workout Club down the street! Pam was also fantastic-very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay even with a heavy snowy winter we felt well taken care of given the plowing service. She made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and dependable place to stay!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Pam and Roy's place! The basement apartment is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is great for walks, looking out over Lake Canobie, and is near a major highway. My wife and I weren't sure how staying in an in-law suite would be since we are used to having our own place, but we had plenty of privacy while still being able to easily contact Pam or Roy if necessary. Pam and Roy were very attentive landlords and had furnished the apartment with a wide variety of cooking and living necessities! The size is definitely adequate for one person and functional for two. If we are ever doing another contract in the area, we would definitely stay again!
