Lovely Home in Great Area
Been staying here for the past few months and I have loved this little home and the area it is located. Perfectly sized with all necessary amenities. So many places to go out for food and drink directly in your backyard. There is construction that is happening behind the house but honestly not too loud or disruptive. If you're looking for a cute home in a perfect South Knox spot this is the place. Location is amazing and construction is totally worth dealing with for the spot.

My stay has been so wonderful. The property is gorgeous. No issues with the appliances. Lots of nice little extra touches that make it feel like home. Very cozy and quiet. Right behind a lot of cool shops restaurants and bars. Nothing more I could want! Penny has been an exceptional landlord and Im grateful for her attention to detail and reassurance throughout the rental process. Highly recommend!
