Great for snowbirding and relaxed living

We spent the month of January snowbirding in the top floor unit here. We were very comfortable and the location was beautiful. It was generally quiet, especially at night, despite being less than five minutes from groceries and other conveniences. The owners and property manager (owner’s relative, on-site) were professional, friendly, and highly responsive. Though there are other rentals on the property compound, we barely saw or heard anyone else. The kitchen is well-equipped and we dined at home most evenings – with bonus fresh lemons on the property. We used both bedroom suites, and though the master is nicer, both were comfortable. The outdoor area is lovely, north facing so most comfortable mid-day in January. Beaches are less than 30 minutes away, and excellent hiking (Daley Ranch, Lake Poway) just a little more than that. The owner’s description of the property is accurate and apt. Recommended!

Beautiful Home Surrounded by Greenery

We have absolutely loved our stay at Davids place. The house is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed, which made our moving so much more relaxing. With the lovely views, we often felt as though we were not in the city at all. The outdoor living area is wonderfully tranquil, with its surrounding greenery where we could relax and enjoy our meals. The owners are exceptionally kind and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
