This is a new unit above a garage. The owner lives in the house on the same lot. Washer and Dryer are in the room. Providence Regional Medical Center is less than 2 miles away and easily walkable or take the bus there using the stop that's 2 blocks away!

This is a quiet cozy Everett studio apt conveniently located close to (as in easily walkable) main Everett drag and hospital. Owner (me) is close and is very responsive to requests. As this apt is on the 2nd floor, you'll get nice sunset views (see picture).

I had a wonderful stay here. Apartment is very nice and all appliances are brand new. Everything was clean and well organized, good location close to downtown (nearby grocery stores, restaurants, etc), and awesome and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Honor of Being First Tenant
Jakes place is roomy, comfortable, filled with natural light, and quiet. The luxury of full-sized in-unit laundry, a full-sized fridge, and closet space make for a welcoming temporary stay. Your landlord quickly responds to questions and/or needs that might arise. I enjoyed the convenience of the location during my stay and would highly recommend giving this Cozy Studio a serious look!
