Perfect Asheville Bungalow

This newer home fits perfectly in Monford. It has a modern floor plan with nice bathrooms, closets and a well designed kitchen. It is located in a great location and the mountain views from the front porch are a definite plus. The house is fully and thoughtfully equipped and well decorated. I found living in this home for several months to be my perfect introduction to Asheville. For me walkability to downtown and the good restaurants nearby is its greatest feature. Also the park across the street, the amphitheater, and the sports park bring vitality. It had everything needed for me and my guests. Sid the landlord / manager living nearby was always helpful to answer questions or concerns of which I had few. It’s a great rental!
