Amazing host

Staying with Rocio was absolutely a pleasure. I ran out of things and he made sure I was able to get them. The place was very clean and I felt safe. Highly recommend this place!

I would not recommend this rental, even though it's in a great location.

The condo is minimally furnished and equipped; I had to use my own items or purchase basic kitchen supplies. The "bed" was essentially a box spring with a foam mattress pad, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. I was also uncomfortable with the level of monitoring. A large motion-tracking camera is at the front door, and I received texts from the owners when the smart lock showed the door unlocked. My biggest concern was my security deposit. I was charged $90 for a broken refrigerator drawer I did not break. When I requested proof it was intact before my stay, I received only a current photo of the broken drawer. An additional $125 cleaning fee was deducted from my deposit. While listed on Furnished Finder, it was not included in the private lease we signed. I left the condo as clean or cleaner than I received it. When I contacted the owners to dispute the deductions and request documentation, they stopped responding. Document everything at move-in and move-out.

Great little apartment

I spent 1 month in this apartment due to moving to the area for a job. The apartment came equipped with essentials and was very clean and spacious for just myself. The location is amazing because anything you need or want is within a ten minute drive. It was a safe neighborhood and the neighbors were very nice. I had an issue with the tub drain upon arrival and it was addressed and fixed within a couple hours. The only complaint I have is the bed. The bed was awkward because it was more like a foam mattress pad sitting on a box that was much smaller than the mattress pad and the pad just hung off the sides. Other than that, I had everything I needed for my long stay. I would very much recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!
