Theia Residence Review

I had a wonderful year at the residence with landlords Jenny and Tan! The family was very friendly and willing to help quickly address any maintenance issues. The place is rather new, very clean, and a short walk from the town of Westfield and train line. The neighborhood is safe with a nearby park and you will feel right at home. I had five different roommates during my year and all of them were well reviewed by the landlords to make sure the stay would be pleasant, and they were all great people!

Excellent stay

I had the privilege of staying at Theia Residence for nearly half a year, and it was an incredibly accommodating experience. Jenny and Tan were amazing: attentive, communicative, and always helpful. My stay was comfortable and quiet, and the residence had all the amenities I needed. There are plenty of great parks and gyms nearby, and downtown is within walking distance. I cannot recommend Theia Residence highly enough.

I stayed here in the Dawn Ensuite for 4 months on Internship. All of the spaces are spotless and well maintained. The landlords are fantastic! They are very approachable and will accommodate you in any way needed. I would 100% come back and stay in the future!

Best landlords

Im only staying here for 3 months for my school rotation and Im so glad I selected here for my stay. The landlords are very approachable and understanding, they respond quickly to your text about the environment and the living conditions in the house. Whenever I had a problem they will try to fix it as soon as they can. I would choose to come back and live here again in the future.

Awesome place and friendly host

I stay here for about two months to do an internship and this is definitely one of my best renting experiences. The place is spacious, clean and well-organized. Nearly all of the essential daily necessities and cooking tools are provided. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. The host here are considerate, friendly and hospitable. They listen to our needs and show great respect to us, trying their best to make us feel like home. I highly recommend this place for stay and will definitely choose it again if I get chance to come here next time.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful New Build!

I rented Sol room during a work relocation while sorting out long-term housing, and it was a solid place to land. The unit is new, clean, and spacious. For a lower-level space, it gets a surprising amount of natural light. Jenny was greatfriendly, reliable, and easy to work with. The place had everything I needed for a stayfully stocked kitchen, convenient washer and dryer, TV, and more.No issues at all. Id stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed at this rental before it was even listed, thanks to a referraland Im so glad I did. The place is exactly what you'd want from a mid-term stay: super clean, well-furnished, and everything works like new. Even though it's a lower-level unit, the big windows and glass front door let in tons of natural light, so it never felt dark or cramped. The living room is roomy, the kitchen has all the essentials with modern appliances, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus. I also appreciated the little toucheslike the complimentary coffee and tea, and how well-stocked the kitchen was overall. Jenny, the host, was fantasticvery responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. Honestly one of the smoothest rental experiences I've had on Furnished Finder. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable place to call home for a few weeks or months.
