Awesome Stay!

Just finished a contract in Monterey, and Katelyn/Ryan's place was great in every way. Their quaint apartment was clean and had all newer appliances for us from day 1. Del Rey Oakes was a perfect quiet neighborhood to recharge after a long day as well as Katelyn is incredibly easy to get ahold of if in need. Will be saving this location in case we take a contract in Monterey again.

Fantastic apartment!

My boyfriend and I are travel PTs and couldn't be more grateful for Katelyn and Ryan's place, their friendliness, responsiveness, and generosity of sharing this spot! We both had year long contracts in Monterey and this was the perfect place to be to explore the surrounding area -- in a great neighborhood (very safe) with a dog park at the bottom of the hill. Everything in the apartment was new, had great appliances (laundry and dish washer), & it offered a spacious spot with a lovely outdoor patio for 2 people and animals. Being next door to them, we were able to get to know them and their sweet family and they are so kind & welcoming :) We highly recommend this space and would reach back out to them again in a heartbeat if we ever found ourselves back in beautiful Monterey!
