The Landlord, Kris, is super accommodating and responsive to any and all needs, along with general upkeep and maintenance of the house. I lived there for over 2 years and would 100% recommend this place if you’re looking a room to rent. Great neighborhood as well!

Great place to live

I stayed for around 8 months and everything was amazing! Kris is a great landlord always checking to make sure things are in check and working and the house is always clean. The area is very nice close to anything you might need. I really enjoyed my time here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The house is in a great location. kris was an excellent landlord. The place is comfortable and clean. cleaners came every other month to clean the home. It´s in a very safe neighborhood. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Clean and quiet

Kris has one of the cleanest houses Ive stayed in! I enjoyed the quiet and calm nature of the house. I found it easy to get to, enjoyed the garage parking, and proximity to the my workplace. Theres also awesome parks and walking paths nearby. I was scrambling to find a place when I got to Mesa for work, and he and his local representative Miriam took all of the stress away with prompt responses and a quick application process. I would definitely stay here again if work takes me back to Mesa!

Great area

This is a very nice apartment in a family friendly neighborhood. Shopping area are close by and theres easy access to the freeway and the Mesa Gateway airport.

Clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Close to schools, shopping, entertainment, freeways, hospitals, and so much more. There were never any issues and I felt comfortable and safe.

Rented and Loved it!

I Rented a room here and the place was taken care of very nicely. Had no issues. Washer and dryer were included and the neighbors were quiet and respectful. Very cozy little place and I highly recommend this place!
