Perfect Portland ADU
Couldn't ask for a more perfect 1 bedroom unit in the most convenient location. Jake and Jackie have curated an amazing space filled with thoughtful finishes, beautiful art, wonderful storage and convenient amenities. The fireplace, AC/Heat and bed make for a comfortable environment. It is quiet, sound proof and safe. The couch, tv's and kitchen are perfect for lounging and it even has a washer:dryer combo in unit! The neighborhood is friendly and has easy access to freeways, shops and OHSU. Couldn't have asked for a more delightful stay!

I Hope to Return!
Well, like others who reviewed this property, I, too, hope to return! My stay was during the winter, and the unit was warm and cozy....Even when the city lost power, I was able to run the gas fireplace and felt comfortable throughout. The unit is quiet, private, and well-appointed with higher end fixtures and appliances. You can get to main bus lines in just under 10 minutes walking, making it easy to reach Beaverton, Tigard or downtown Portland. The host/owners are friendly, accommodating, fun to talk to, and very responsive. I absolutely recommend this property!

Amazing quiet property in SW Portland
I had only lived in Portland for a month prior to moving into this property in Hillsdale. Ended up falling in love with how quiet the neighborhood was (plus super friendly landlords and neighbors!). Only a 7 min walk to a nearby grocer, Starbucks and Gigi's Cafe! Everything in the unit was super clean and well thought out. In the summer, since it is half below ground level, it was always cool and comfortable and rarely did I have to turn the AC on. All the appliances worked well, and the water was as hot as I needed it to be! Had to cut my stay short but definitely could've seen myself staying here for way longer. Thanks for having me Jake, it was a pleasure!

Perfect Stay
Had the pleasure of spending three months in this home. Everything was brand new quality construction. Spacious floorplan with ample closet and storage space. Fireplace in the living room, mini splits in each room, lovely kitchen and hotel quality bathroom. You will have your own patio/ garden space as well. A walk to my favorite Portland bakery and Forest Park is a block away. Landlords are the best and were incredibly helpful and kind. Look forward to my next stay.
