Beware
When I rented this (never moved in) there was no photo in the description of a trailer. Ask for the exact address, if considering,and drive by to see for yourself. Worst neighborhood in Iowa City. Horrible conditions in this entire trailer park. No, I mean No parking availability either. Huge safety concerns her with the crime rate. I paid a deposit and one month. Was told by rental agent I would receive some money back then never heard from Laura again. Very dishonest. I have the text messages from her. Now she has included a photo of a trailer. My dates listed are for the date I was planning on moving in but had a car accident and Dec 10 was her final text message to me.
