Spacious studio
I rented this ADU due to its proximity to Marin Health where I was working. Even though it is attached to the main house I couldn't hear any noise coming from there and vice versa. The only thing that is shared is the W/D. Sarah the landlord was very accommodating to my schedule to allow me to use it exclusively on the weekends. The space seems small from the pictures but it is very spacious. The kitchen is huge with an island where you could eat. Everything is updated and modern. The shower is huge and water pressure is great. Walk in closet has tons of space. More than enough for one person. Bed is super comfy with goose down comforter. Sarah was very nice to allow me to purchase additional towels. She also allowed me to park my vehicle in the driveway during move in and out. I couldn't ask for a better landlord. I would stay here again in the future.
