Great stay in nice safe area!

We stayed for 5 and a half months and am happy to say that this rental is a good place to stay. Terry had excellent communication before, during and after. The bed and chairs and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need for an extended reservation. The gated property had lots of trees. We also enjoyed seeing squirrels, turtles, bunnies, and birds in the retention ponds. It is conveniently located and walkable to restaurants, shopping and a mall. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. All the neighbors we met were very nice. I especially appreciated the sharp knife and air fryer in the kitchen. It was a good value.

Beautiful, clean, and convenient

The condo is clean and the perfect amount of space. Beautiful view from the lanai of the pond, very peaceful spot to sit and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub are some of the best features of the property! Host Terry is very responsive. Conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay!
