Outstanding Extended-Stay Condo in Minot

I had an outstanding experience staying at this condo during my clinical rotations in Minot. It truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was spacious, exceptionally clean, and furnished with every amenity we could need. There was plenty of storage, dedicated study and exercise space, and it was less than 10 minutes from the hospital while still being close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. One of the highlights was the large basement with a huge TV and comfortable couch area where we spent much of our leisure time. We always felt safe and never had any issues with stolen packages or mail. What truly set this property apart was Nancy. As a retired nurse, she understands healthcare workers and routinely checked in on us, brought blankets, an Easter meal, and Match Day gifts, and was always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to travel nurses, healthcare professionals, locum physicians, residents, and medical students.

Excellent stay

Stayed here for 3 months and had a great experience! The location was perfect, only a few minutes from Trinity Hospital. The unit was fully furnished, clean, and safe. Nancy is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Condo

I stayed here two month's while working at Trinity Hospital on a travel assignment this condo is by far one of the best places, I have found to rent location is great fast food and restaurants right across the street and a grocery store. I really hate to leave this condo it's so quiet you feel very safe staying here the neighbors are very friendly. Unit is very spacious has a two car garage, exercise room with elliptical and stationary bike, laundry area and more every room is really nice very clean unit. Nancy and her family are so welcoming and friendly they really go above and beyond to make you're stay here enjoyable.
