Excellent

i stayed 3 months while in Mesa for aviation work. The home is kept clean and uncluttered. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'd need. The bathroom is newly remodeled and has an amazing shower. The bedroom is adequate sized with a small desk and wide closet. The bed is medium firmness. The two other residents were very nice and easy to get along with (and they offered me food!). Everyone had different work schedules but it all seemed to work out. I appreciated the full-size fridge/freezer in the garage. I love the neighborhood - great for walking, and residents have access to two pool/club-house areas. The only downside, if any, was my room was always a little warmer than the rest of the house and hovered around 76 on the warmer days (including at night), but I got used to it. And hey, it's Phoenix :-) Would happily stay again.
