Great Stay Near Uptown

We had a great couple months at Daniel’s townhouse. The location was super convenient to uptown Charlotte with easy access to greenways and the townhome community dog park. Well furnished with all the supplies you could need, clean and comfortable home. Daniel was super responsive and communicative.

Great townhome and host

Daniel and Kendall are exceptional hosts, and their new townhouse is well-furnished with modern amenities. After relocating from Phoenix, we sought temporary furnished housing for 2-3 months. Furnished finders often have outdated listings, and it took us a month of searching and many emails to find this place last minute. Daniel was fantastic, facilitating a smooth booking process and offering the flexibility we needed. The townhome is in a thriving neighborhood, close to a train/tram stop for easy access to uptown. While there arent many nearby restaurants or small grocery stores, Harris Teeter is a 6-8 minute drive away. North Charlotte is rapidly developing, with new establishments constantly opening. Living here helped us determine our preferences for our new home, such as painting our new place with dark paint. Kendalls decorating skills are impressive. We highly recommend this place.
