3BR/2B - Whole Home, Easy Access Location

Convenient and safe location, nice house

I stayed here for a year during my residency training and had a great experience. The landlord is very nice, responsive to any questions/concerns, respectful of privacy, and keeps the house clean and well maintained. The photos matched the Furnished Finder listing. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and a well-equipped kitchen, garage parking, and plenty of street parking (never had any trouble finding a spot). I stayed in the smaller bedroom. The bed was comfortable. My room can get warm during peak summer since it faces the street, but central A/C, ceiling fan and blackout curtain help keep it cooler. Most of the furniture in the house is also pretty new. The location is very convenient, about 4 minutes to the highway, 15-18 minutes to PRMC, and 9-12 minutes to Parkview Randallia. Grocery stores, restaurants, post office, and other everyday places are just a few minutes away. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Would stay here again if I come back to FW in the future.
