Cozy, Quiet Bedroom and Bath in the Chapel Hill Woods

Sunroom is full of light and plants in the winter and just light in the summer; all the plants move out onto the porch.

House is tucked into the woods.

Foyer that is mid-level between upstairs and downstairs.

Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as the smaller appliances like a toaster, Ninja smoothie blender, and a Cuisinart.

Kitchen table next to the kitchen, and between the sunroom and formal living room. Door out to the porch.

Sebastian is almost 13 years old; he is beautiful, but cranky. You must be a cat person to live here!

The porch is available for use year room, with a large table, chairs, and side table. Here you can see some of the house plants have moved outside.

The formal living room is a great space for reading, listening the music, or in the winter enjoying a fire in the fireplace.

At the bottom of the stairs, take a right and you will find your bathroom on the right and your bedroom straight ahead.

Broader view of the bathroom, which contains a large vanity which contains many drawers, most are empty for you. A few contain a hair dryer, curling iron, and heating pad. There are also cleaning supplies.

The washer and dryer, which we all use, are located in a large closet within the bathroom. Both machines are relatively new and work well.

The bedroom is neatly furnished with a comfy chair and footstool for reading, 3 lamps, a bookshelf, and a single bed.

There are two large windows that look out across the yard, into the garden, and finally into the woods.

One wall of the room is beautiful wooden closets and the door into the room.

With the closet doors open, you can see there is plenty of storage space, a dresser, a fan, and a built in desk.

The desk comes with a desk lamp, desk chair, and a small trashcan.
