Great apartment
This apartment was very nice and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Good option for night shifters. There are a lot of restaurants and dining facilities around. Downtown is close by. The landlord was always available if needed.

Week away in Des Moines
The unit was very clean, top to bottom, quiet, and spacious. Amazing location, close to many cute shops, restaurants, bars, and activities that we conveniently were able to frequent during our stay! Short commute from downtown which made it easy to go and enjoy the nightlife. Owner was very responsive if we had any additional needs during our stay, and a great source for recommendations when we struggled to decide between options or activities to do or places to eat. We are very much looking forward to our next trip back!

Great Location and Stay! 5
Location was excellent, close to everything I needed while working in town. My place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops right around the corner that I was able to utilize during my down time. Great experience! Tim was helpful and welcoming, helping me feel right at home!
