Fully furnished, recently renovated efficiency apartment. This apartment is below a family, there will be some light noise, but it is insulated. The HVAC unit is fully controlled by you, it is separate from the rest of the house. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. You will have your own entrance through the backyard gate, you will share a backyard with a sweet dog occasionally.
