Spacious and beautiful house!

My wife and I stayed here during the spring of 2026. We loved how cozy the house was and felt at home very quickly. With fast internet and a good desk setup, it was great for working from home too. We often went to the park next door (Pioneer Park) which was very peaceful and relaxing. It was super convenient to get to Red Rock for hiking and to our favorite Asian grocery stores. Detian is a highly responsive and caring host, too!

Amazing Place + Amazing Host

I spent my entire summer here from May 5th to August 11th. I had a really good eperience living at the house and the host was amazing. The place is conveniently located in Summerlin and is the perfect location between Downtown Las Vegas and Downtown Summerlin. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the place was spacious. There was a lot of room and most importantly, there was a lot of sunlight which made the vibes of the house amazing. The neighbors were quiet and respectful and the overall vibe of the place was peaceful and perfect for anyone looking to live in a quiet safe place. The host was very responsive and attended any issues that came up. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to do a midterm stay. The value that you get from the place is better than what you'll find elsewhere with all the amenities. Thank you and I'll be back!
