1 BR WITH POOL

This was a very pleasant place to stay! Very comfortable bed and couch in living room!Nice amenities quiet property. Tenant works from home, but does not bother you in anyway she has an old lab that got along very well with my Yorkie. We went on walks together. She's very knowledgeable about the city of Cape Coral and things to do ! Would definitely stay here again. I had the house to myself most of the time in the evenings. Kathy is also a great time a good company !!

Friendly and welcoming

I really enjoyed my 3 months with Kathy. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, she has tons of suggestions for places to visit and things to do. If you are new to the area you will love staying with her! Went to so some of the coolest local spots with her. She let me stay with my two little dogs and it was absolutely wonderful. Lucy her Labrador was the sweetest she is so docile and immediately made friends with my dogs. The night in her backyard is truly a small little paradise. Such a great spot to relax at after a long shift, and read a book or simply just take in the sun.

Do not book

She lied about my cat scratching a wall and refused to give me my full deposit back I wasn't aware she had a bird and I forced to get out last minute after spending money to move in. Something is truly wrong with her and she makes up lies to get you out and won't refund you your money honestly sad
