Cozy Country Retreat

Comfortable and nicely laid out home.

We rented this home for about 8 months while visiting family and exploring the area. It was nicely located to Bellingham, Blaine, and Lynden for relatively easy commutes around the area, while still having a country neighborhood vibe. The neighbors were friendly and the yard is large if you have kids who need room to play. The interior is laid out nicely to feel larger than it is. The kitchen is just large enough for two people to be in and by adding a card table for seating we managed to host a couple of birthday and holiday parties without feeling too cramped. There is a nice master bedroom with its own bath, another cute bedroom with a double bed, and a trundle in the center room that leads to the laundry (if you need overflow sleeping space). We would have liked to have black out curtains in the bedrooms as if got light way too early for us, but otherwise really enjoyed our stay here. Anatalia was a great host and very responsive to requests and questions. Thank you!
