Cozy, serene, and safe

I spent 3 months here for a travel healthcare contract. The landlord is very kind and respectful and a great communicator. The neighborhood is safe and you have your own parking space in the driveway. This apt. feels new & clean and is filled with lots of natural light, with access to hiking trails out your private entrance. The bed is incredibly comfortable--I slept so well here! The shower is upstairs and private, and honestly one of the best I have ever experienced with the hot water and pressure--divine! The shared, modern washer and dryer are easily accessible, too. It was truly a pleasure to spend time here!

Great temporary place to stay

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Eric is very kind and a great landlord. The location is very convenient. There is a shopping mall across the freeway, along with many restaurants in the area. The view is amazing with plenty of nature around the house. The bedroom is equipped with all new appliances. It has all the essentials you need except a shower. The shower is upstairs in his house which you will have to share sometimes with other tenants. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend who needs a temporary place to stay!
